I like that it's private and very kid friendly. Ilke that they accommodate every ones cottages with gills and picnic tables. Definenatly would stay there again :)

nice and family oriented, not rowdy, tucked away from the street in Kennebunk, wish I had taken advantage of the free beach pass during my stay
in the directions got lost as York Street IS part of Route 1

The location of the motel was great; it was really close to Wells, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Portland, and the center of town. Also, it was close to the beaches. We had a fun stay for our Maine vacation.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean. The A/C worked. It was cute.
It was a little shabby. Although clean, the bathroom was very small, and could have used some updating. The cottage was very hot when we arrived. It did cool down with the A/C, but was uncomfortable when we got there.

The room was spotless and well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and seating. The bathroom was nice and had a tub, which I appreciated. I received a warm welcome from the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The location of the hotel is fantastic, near the beach and close to amusement parks, downtown Kennebunk shops, and good restaurants.
